Flaxseed, also known as linseed, is a tiny powerhouse of nutrients derived from the flax plant (Linum usitatissimum). Packed with omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and various vitamins and minerals, flaxseed has long been recognized for its health benefits.
They are widely available and can be purchased at your local grocery store or online. Beyond its nutritional value, flaxseed’s potential benefits extend to the realm of hair care.
